Espresso Martini

To Measure One Cocktail: 
Pour into a cocktail glass and leave a suitable window for form.
Pour back into a cocktail shaker, jam jar or protein shaker, add a handful of ice and shake vertically for 20 seconds. 

Strain back into your glass, garnish with 3 coffee beans and enjoy.

 

Margarita

To Measure One Cocktail: 
Pour into a cocktail glass to measure, and then pour back into a cocktail shaker, jam jar or protein shaker, add a handful of ice and shake vertically for 20 seconds. 

Strain back into your glass, either straight up in a cocktail glass or over ice and a rocks glass, and drink hastily!

To Correctly Edge A Glass:
Pour a 50/50 mixture of table salt and sea salt flakes onto a clean saucer.

Use a lime, a splash of tequila or even a bit of water to wet the rim of your glass and then, holding it upside down, push the glass through the salt, twisting it in your fingers as you go to evenly rim. Use a dry cloth to remove any salt from the inside the glass so that its only on the outside edge. 

 

 

French Martini

To Measure One Cocktail: 
Pour into a cocktail glass and leave a suitable window for form.
Pour back into a cocktail shaker, jam jar or protein shaker, add a handful of ice and shake vertically for 20 seconds. 

Strain back into your glass.

To Garnish: 
Sprinkle some raspberry powder on one side of the foam and grip the stem of the glass like a pencil, roll the glass between your fingers to spin the liquid and spiral the raspberry powder.
