How To: Classic Negroni
To Make One Cocktail:
Measure out 62.5ml and pour over ice into a tumbler or Old Fashioned glass.

Stir with a teaspoon (or as the late, great Gary Regan used to, your index finger) approx 20 times.
Cut a thin sliver of fresh orange peel and twist over the drink to garnish. Or, if you prefer a slightly sweeter drink, garnish with a wedge of fresh orange.
To Store:
Keep your bottle in the fridge and enjoy by the use by date on the back of the bottle.
